ANSWER:	Yes, we are.

QUESTION:	Is it always necessary to make reservations in advance?
ANSWER:	It is advisable. We only have 13 rooms and they are in great demand. Call Now.

QUESTION:	Are pets welcome?
ANSWER:	Yes, a well behaved pet is invited to stay with their human companions with prior approval. There is a $10.00 charge and you must bring your own pet bedding.

QUESTION:	Do you have an ocean view?
ANSWER:	Every room enjoys a view of the world's smallest working harbor, Depoe Bay Harbor. There are often sea otters, ducks and geese swimming in the harbor and the whale watching and fishing boats come and go all day, weather permitting.

QUESTION:	How much is the breakfast?
ANSWER:	We offer a full continental breakfast free for all our guests.

QUESTION:	Do you share the bathroom with other guests?
ANSWER:	No, all our rooms have their own private baths.

QUESTION:	Do you have fireplaces?
ANSWER:	Yes, 9 of our 13 rooms have fireplaces.

QUESTION:	Is the building air conditioned?
ANSWER:	Being on the coast, the temperature rarely exceeds 85 degrees; however, most every room has its own ceiling fan and you can open your sliding door and enjoy the cool clean ocean breeze.
